Group, Private And Semi-private dance lessons are available. The program at Sheil Community Center on Thursday includes Group Classes on: Ballroom and Wedding Dance for couples at 7pm. $59/person for 6 weeks. Contemporary Latin/Salsa for singles and couples at 8pm. $59/person for 6 weeks. NEW! private and semi-private instruction on Fundamentals and/or Requests at 6:00pm and at 9:00pm. Emphasis based on requests. Enjoy learning basic elements, patterns, rhythms and dance positions for the dances of your choice. Leading and following techniques will also be introduced. Learn the moves in this fun class! Singles and couples welcome. B: 7:00-8:00pm: Couples Ballroom and Wedding Dance: Enjoy learning to dance for weddings and special occasions. Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing plus requests. Learn basic patterns, rhythms and dance positions as well as effective leading and following techniques. WEDDING & FIRST DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY AVAILABLE THROUGH GROUP, PRIVATE OR SEM-PRIVATE LESSONS. C: 8:00-9:00pm: Contemporary Latin/Salsa: Enjoy learning to dance Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and other popular and contemporary dances with emphasis based on requests. Effective leading and following techniques will be emphasized. Singles and couples welcome. D: 9:00-10pm: REQUESTS. Individualized instruction within a group with emphasis based on requests.
